I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful Black Forest, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The area around the hotel is nice for exploring and is well-located for a stay in the Black Forest. the room is spacious and comfortable, with clean bedding and towels provided. the restaurant serves some tasty dishes, especially local specialties.
The staff lacked manners and hospitality making the experience less enjoyable.

The dinner was decent and affordable. the staff was kind and always tried to help us with our doubts. we enjoyed the peaceful location of the hotel, which was not far from the main attractions of the city.
The room was old-fashioned and gave us a stuffy feeling. the breakfast had very few options, leaving us with no much variety to choose from.

The beautiful photos on the website definitely set high expectations, but the location and view of the area were breathtaking, especially during sunset. The room was alright, clean and nicely decorated. The convenience of the hotel’s location for a city trip was great, as many tourist attractions were easily accessible and on walking distance.
The staff seemed to lack attentiveness and looked annoyed by the guests’ presence. The limited variety of food items served were of poor quality, and we felt rushed to finish breakfast to avoid staying in the restaurant for too long.
